Herb graduated from the University of Idaho where he was named the College of Business outstanding graduate. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration in Taxation from Golden Gate University in 1983. After five years with Touche Ross & Co., an international firm, and a year with Moss Adams in Seattle, he has maintained an office in Ballard since 1980. |

Bruce began serving clients from this Ballard location in 1970. He has special expertise in the fishing industry, estates, and trusts. He is currently retired, but is available for advice on tax planning and consultations by appointment. |

Tess graduated in 1973 summa cum laude from Minnesota State University with a BS in Business Administration. She joined the firm of Touche Ross & Co. in 1974, then in 1979 moved to the Seattle area and established the firm of Sprute=Sprute in Ballard where she was a partner until 1995. Tess is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants. |

Casey graduated summa cum laude from Seattle University with a BA in Accounting. She spent the first eight years of her public accounting career with Arthur Andersen/KPMG and Moss Adams.
